- the product name and version, if visible;
- your device and operating-system version;
- the steps that led to the problem;
- a screenshot with private information removed.
Products currently available
ReplyReady, CloseReady, ScamPause, Family Safe Word, ScamProof Casebook, PawHandover and Dad’s AI Desk are currently available through Apple’s App Store. KAF Brief is waiting for Apple review, and Threadleaf 1.1 is being prepared for a free Mac release.
Product status is stated as it exists today—not as a roadmap promise.
Privacy and account questions
Use the same support address and put Privacy or Account at the start of the subject line. The privacy notice explains the website route; product-specific notices remain controlling where they provide more detail.
What not to send
Do not email passwords, card numbers, identity documents, confidential client files, medical records or unredacted meeting transcripts. We will ask for the minimum information needed to investigate.
