Information CloseReady processes
The prompts, notes and rehearsal choices you enter are processed by the app so you can practise a conversation. CloseReady does not collect account details, contacts, advertising identifiers or payment-card details.
Local operation
Rehearsal logic runs locally. No login is needed, and CloseReady does not operate a developer account service for your practice material.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases and provides the app with the information needed to recognise access. KAF World Apps does not receive your full card details.
Advertising, tracking and sale
CloseReady does not include third-party advertising or cross-app behavioural tracking, and it does not sell your rehearsal material.
Use appropriate information
Do not enter confidential client information, passwords, payment details, health records or other sensitive personal data. Use role descriptions or neutral placeholders when rehearsing a private situation.
Changes
This notice will be updated before a release that materially changes how CloseReady handles information.
