Post-call Brief privacy

Your call source stays on your Mac.

Post-call Brief is designed as a private, local-first utility. It has no account, advertising, tracking SDK or developer-operated content backend.

Information Post-call Brief processes

The app processes transcript text, imported plain-text or Markdown files, voice memos you choose to record, generated brief fields, review status and local workspace preferences.

Local storage and network access

Source material, audio and briefs are stored locally in the app’s container. The current candidate does not require an account, analytics service, advertising identifier, cloud content service or developer-operated backend.

Voice transcription

Voice memos are transcribed only when Apple reports that on-device Speech Recognition is available for the selected language. The app does not fall back to cloud transcription.

Brief generation and review

Supported Macs may use Apple Foundation Models on the device. A deterministic local fallback remains available, and ungrounded model output is rejected. Copy and export stay locked until you mark the brief reviewed.

Export and sharing

You choose when to copy or export CRM text, a Salesforce-style update, Markdown or CSV. Export does not write to Salesforce, HubSpot or another service automatically. Files and clipboard content are controlled by the apps and locations you choose next.

Sharing and tracking

Post-call Brief does not sell personal information, use call content for advertising or track users across apps or websites.
