If a record appears missing

PawHandover records are stored locally. Confirm you are using the same device and app installation, then close and reopen the app. Support cannot retrieve a locally deleted record.

PawHandover is a care-record and communication tool. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis or emergency veterinary services. Contact a qualified veterinary professional when a dog needs medical help.
