ReplyReady helps with follow-ups, recruiter replies, client asks, boundaries, repair notes and difficult updates. You review every word before copying or sharing it.

Create a draft

  1. Choose the type of message.
  2. Paste or dictate the rough version without sensitive details.
  3. Add the result you need, if useful.
  4. Choose warm, firm or brief.
  5. Edit the draft before copying, saving or sharing it.

Saved drafts

Choose Save on this device to add a draft to local history. Saved drafts do not require an account and do not sync through a ReplyReady service.

Sharing

ReplyReady does not send messages itself. Copy places the text on the clipboard; Share opens Apple’s share sheet so you decide the destination.

Before contacting support

  • Confirm your iPhone and ReplyReady are up to date.
  • Close and reopen the app.
  • Note the screen and step where the issue occurred.
  • Do not send the message or draft itself.
